1 Set of Dumbbells
4 Rounds of the following:
20 x Straight Arm Banded Pulldown
15(each side)x Banded Unilateral Row
15 (Each side)x Banded Unilateral Chest Press
15 (Each Side)x Banded Unilateral Pulldown
15 (Each Side) x Banded Unilateral V-Pulls
12 x Renegade Rows + Push Up
