Prioritize Exercises - Jennifer Ronzitti Pro Tip 1

Leading up to Olympia 2020 we will release a series of Pro Tips from Jennifer Ronzitti. Here is the first.

If you have a lagging muscle group or a lift that you're trying to get better at PRIORITIZE IT. Put the muscle group or the exercises at the beginning of your workout.

"I want to improve my lats for bikini competition so I always start my back workout with 2 to 3 sets of bodyweight chin ups. I always aim to hit 13-15 reps and if I happen to come up short in the last set I utilize the assisted pull up machine."
