Q: Do I qualify for a return or exchange?

A: To qualify for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. The clothing must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.

Clothing that is soiled (pet hair, cologne, make up, etc.) will not be accepted. Our warehouse reserves the right to decline the receipt of any return item.

Q: How do I return an item(s)?

A: To make a return, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 1 (855) 880-0003. Have your order number handy, we’ll need that to find your information in our system.

Q: How do I make an exchange?

A: To make an exchange, please email us at [email protected] or give us a call at 1 (855) 880-0003. Please have your order number handy.

If you’re returning for a refund or store credit, please let us know the name/color/size of the item(s) that you’re sending back to us and we’ll be able to set your RMA up for you.

If you’re returning and would like an exchange, please let us know the name/color/size of the item(s) that you’re sending back to us as well as the name/color/size of the item(s) you’d like in exchange. Please also verify the shipping address that you’d like the exchange items shipped to.

Once you’ve received your RMA number from us, you’ll need to write the RMA number on the outside of your return package so we can identify it once we receive it. Please note that the RMA number is not postage and that you will be responsible for paying any/all return postage fee’s associated with your return shipment.

Q: What do I do if I was sent a defective item or something other than what I ordered?

A: For defective or incorrect orders, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you with details on how it’ll be taken care of.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?

A: Once we receive your return items, the refund is usually processed within 1-2 business days. The money will be sent to you immediately however it can take 2-10 business days for your bank to release the funds to your account.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my exchange items

A: It can take 3 to 5 business days for us to receive the returning package, 1 to 2 days to process and ship out the exchange order.

Q: How do I ship back a return?

A: After contacting our support team to set up a return/exchange, you will be provided with return instructions along with an RMA number via email.

Q: Can I return or exchange a products that has been custom made for me? Such as name print etc.

A: No, you can not return a product that has been customized for you.

International orders will be provided a RMA # for return.
