The customers have the right to cancle their purchase within 14 days from the day the customer receives the order/item without maintain any reason. In order to make use of the rights of withdrawal the customer must announce the withdrawal to betterbodies.com/eu within 14 days. If the order/item is sent back to betterbodies.com/eu after 14 days the right of withdrawal is not valid if betterbodies.com/eu not have been announced. The customer must contact [email protected] within 14 days to inform us about their decision. The customer can also use the contact form “contact us” on the website.

The consumer is responsible for the return costs and that the packages/items is being shipped to betterbodies.com/eu
If you would like us to arrange your return  we will add a return fee of 10€ to your restitution. If you want Betterbodies.com/eu to return your products than betterbodies.com/eu is responsible for the return and insurance as soon as the products been transmitted to the convoyer.
We will refound your purhase as soon as we receive the product. Before you return your prosucts, send us an e-mail to [email protected]

Betterbodies.com/eu is responsible for the return in cases where items are defected or faulty. The consumer needs to contacts Betterbodies.com/eu as soon as the the defect or faulty item has been discovered.

When returning a product to betterbodies.com/eu  please fill in the Returns & Exchanges sheet that you received with your product(s). If you lost that sheet, you´ll find it in your shipment confirmation that you received when shipment was made

Betterbodies.com/eu will not return item such as underwear if seal is broken. Special made items or specific customized products can not be returned at all.

As soon as betterbodies.com/eu has received the returned product the withdrawal can be made. You will receive the withdrawal via the same payment options that you choosed to pay when placing your order.

The producs must be returned along with the Packing slip, Invoice and the returns and exchanges sheet, or copies of these. Remember that you as a customer are responsible for the products not getting damaged during the return transit to betterbodies.com/eu
When returning, we recomend you to wrap the products with outer packaging such as a box. You can olso use the same packaging you received with your products if not damaged.

Customer Complaints In the rare event that something is wrong with a purchased item, please contact our Customer Support [email protected] and we will provide you with a return shipping label through email. You’ll attach the return label on the package, and you’ll then drop off the package at a Postnord service location.

A: To qualify for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The clothing must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.

Clothing that is soiled (pet hair, cologne, etc.) will not be accepted. Our warehouse reserves the right to decline the receipt of any return item.

If you’re returning for a refund or store credit, please let us know the name/color/size of the item(s) that you’re sending back to us and we’ll be able to set your RMA up for you.

If you’re returning and would like an exchange, please let us know the name/color/size of the item(s) that you’re sending back to us as well as the name/color/size of the item(s) you’d like in exchange. Please also verify the shipping address that you’d like the exchange items shipped to.

Q: What do I do if I was sent a defective item or something other than what I ordered?

A: For defective or incorrect orders, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you with details on how it’ll be taken care of.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?

A: Once we receive your return items, the refund is usually processed within 1-2 business days. The money will be sent to you immediately however it can take 2-10 business days for your bank to release the funds to your account.
