Returns & Exchanges
The customer has the right to return their purchase within 14 days of delivery without cause.
The customer must contact [email protected] within 14 days to inform us about their return. The customer can also use the contact form “contact us” on the website.
The customer is responsible for the return costs and that the items are shipped to betterbodies.com
If you would like us to arrange your return you will be charged a return fee of 10€. If you want Betterbodies.com to return your products then betterbodies.com is responsible for the return and insurance as soon as the products are in transit.
We will refund your purchase as soon as we receive the product. Before you return your products, send us an e-mail to [email protected]
Betterbodies.com is responsible for the return in cases where items are defected or faulty. The customer needs to contact Betterbodies.com as soon as the the defect or faulty item has been discovered.
When returning a product to betterbodies.com please fill in the Returns & Exchanges sheet that you received with your product(s). If you lost that sheet, you´ll find it in your shipment confirmation that you received when shipment was made
Betterbodies.com will not return item such as underwear if seal is broken. Special made items or specific customized products can not be returned at all.
As soon as betterbodies.com has received the returned product the refund/ exchange can be made. You will receive the refund via the same payment options that you chose to pay when placing your order.
The products must be returned along with the Packing slip, Invoice and the returns and exchanges sheet, or copies of these. Remember that you as a customer are responsible for the products not getting damaged during the return transit to betterbodies.com
When returning, we recommend you to wrap the products with outer packaging such as a box. You can also use the same packaging you received with your products if not damaged.

Q: Do I qualify for a return or exchange?
A: To qualify for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The clothing must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.
Clothing that is soiled (pet hair, cologne, make up etc.) will not be accepted. We reserves the right to decline the receipt of any return item.
Q: How do I return an item(s)?
A: To make a return, If you don’t want to arrange the return by your self please email us at [email protected] or call us at+46850542800. Have your order number handy, we’ll need that to find your information in our system.

Q: How do I make an exchange?
If you’re returning for a refund or store credit, please let us know the name/color/size of the item(s) that you’re sending back to us and we’ll be able to set your RMA up for you.
If you’re returning and would like an exchange, please let us know the name/color/size of the item(s) that you’re sending back to us as well as the name/color/size of the item(s) you’d like in exchange. Please also verify the shipping address that you’d like the exchange items shipped to.
Q: What do I do if I was sent a defective item or something other than what I ordered?
A: For defective or incorrect orders, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you with details on how it’ll be taken care of.
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Once we receive your return items, the refund is usually processed within 1-2 business days. The money will be sent to you immediately however it can take 2-10 business days for your bank to release the funds to your account.
