Better Bodies began as a bodybuilding gym in Manhattan that was the first of its kind – one that was inclusive of people from all walks of life and had a unique emphasis on empowering women in the fitness industry. Years later, Better Bodies still represents the same thing as it did on day one and aims to bring together a diverse but likeminded group of people under one umbrella.
