GASP & BETTER BODIES AMBASSADOR TEAM AGREEMENT

This agreement is established between SF Group AB (SFG) and you as an Ambassador.

The agreement is valid from the signing date until terminated by either party. SFG reserves the right to terminate this agreement with immediate effect at any time, for any reason. SFG will terminate the agreement without exception if the ambassador is charged or convicted of a criminal offense or fails a doping test due to the use of banned or controlled substances.

In the unlikely event of termination, the ambassador may be required to repay the difference between the discounted and retail prices on all purchases made during the agreement term.

SFG Obligations 

* Offer a 30% personal discount on regular retail pricing on GASP and Better Bodies clothing and accessories.  

* Provide the ambassador with the following 15% discount codes for followers: “BB15” and "GASP15". 

* Offer the opportunity to become GASP and Better Bodies “Visual Storyteller” in a closed Facebook group. 

* Provide the ambassador with possibilities to grow and develop the brand together with our team.  

* Offer opportunities for ambassadors to be visible on GASP and Better Bodies website, social media, and other marketing.  

* Be available for questions and ambassador inquiries.   
AMBASSADOR CODE OF CONDUCT

  • The ambassador agrees to represent the GASP/Better Bodies brand in a manner consistent with the brand’s values and reputation. This includes adhering to brand guidelines when featuring the GASP/Better Bodies logo and products on social media, at events, and in personal appearances.

  • The ambassador must not wear or endorse other fitness apparel brands that conflict with GASP/Better Bodies during any public appearance, social media post, or sponsored event.

  • The ambassador is expected to conduct themselves in a dignified, respectful manner, maintaining professionalism at all times toward the public, SFG representatives, and other brand ambassadors.

  • Unacceptable behavior includes gifting or selling products received during the term of this agreement, promoting competing brands, or publicly engaging in negative behavior toward the company or its products.

  • Unacceptable behavior includes promoting or selling any illegal products and substances during the term of this agreement.

  • Unacceptable behavior includes, without limitation, the public posting or sharing of derogatory, defamatory, inflammatory, or harmful statements on social media platforms.

  • The ambassador is prohibited from gifting or selling GASP/Better Bodies products purchased during the term of this agreement, either to friends, family, or others. SFG reserves the right to limit the number of discounted products purchased during the agreement.

MARKETING & MEDIA POLICY

  • Logo Usage:

 The ambassador is allowed to use the GASP/Better Bodies logo only in it’s original form, without modification of dimensions or colors. Written approval from SFG is required to print the logo on clothing or other graphics.

  • Photo & Video Rights:

The ambassador grants SFG the right to use any media shared through the ambassador’s social channels, such as photos and videos promoting the brand, for marketing purposes.

SFG may use media captured during events or photo shoots for promotional material, including on websites, social media, email marketing, and other advertising platforms. The ambassador understands that these materials are the property of SFG and may be used indefinitely.

DURATION & TERMINATION
Agreement Term:
This agreement is valid from signing until the ambassador or SFG terminates the agreement. The ambassador can at any point and for any reason terminate the agreement by contacting us at either of the email addresses listed below.
