Hey everyone! I'm Michael, based in a little place called Sandiacre in the East Midlands, UK - not far from Nottingham, Derby, and just a short drive from East Midlands Airport.

We’ve got some great local gyms and amazing spots to eat around here. I’m always organizing meet-ups within the GASP and Better Bodies communities because I’m really passionate about bringing people together and building a strong sense of community.
