Today we're joining Caroline as she takes one of her clients Edwin through a workout. Edwin wants to focus on his glutes and get in shape for the summer.
**WORKOUT LEGS+CORE

Medicine Ball Squats - 3 sets x 15 reps warm up
Hacksquat - 3 sets x 15 reps
Leg Press - 3 sets x 15 reps
Leg Extension + Leg Curl Superset - 3 sets x 15 reps each
Hip Thrust + Adductor Superset - 3 sets x 15 reps
