Caroline Aspenskog is one of Swedens biggest fitness profiles. She's a Wellness Fitness athlete with an impressive background and a personal trainer who puts a lot of heart and soul into both her own career and her clients.

Today we're joining Caroline as she takes one of her clients Edwin through a workout. Edwin wants to focus on his glutes and get in shape for the summer.

**WORKOUT LEGS+CORE
**

  • Medicine Ball Squats - 3 sets x 15 reps warm up

  • Hacksquat - 3 sets x 15 reps

  • Leg Press - 3 sets x 15 reps

  • Leg Extension + Leg Curl Superset - 3 sets x 15 reps each

  • Hip Thrust + Adductor Superset - 3 sets x 15 reps
