Elin Söderström grew up horseback riding and playing soccer. She stumbled across a crossfit gym known in Sweden as a "box" and was impressed with the athletic capabilities of the athletes and admittedly "wanted to do it too" but doubted her own potential.
She realized that by giving 100% in training, technique and recovery she could be "as good as she wanted to be."
