Like so many others, Nathalia Melo has been confined to her home for a while. As an active fitness enthusiast and mother this comes with challenges, but also opportunities to advance in home training and think outside of the box.

Back & Chest (Approx 15-25mins)

Equipment needed:

1 Better Bodies Resistance Band

1 Set of Dumbbells

4 Rounds of the following:

20 x Straight Arm Banded Pulldown

15(each side)x Banded Unilateral Row

15 (Each side)x Banded Unilateral Chest Press

15 (Each Side)x Banded Unilateral Pulldown

15 (Each Side) x Banded Unilateral V-Pulls

12 x Renegade Rows + Push Up
