Single Leg Deadlift superset with Single Leg Bulgarian squat 4 sets x 15 reps
Nordic Curls Superset with Goblet Sumo Squat 4 sets x 15 reps
Walking Lunges Superset with Glute Kickbacks 4 sets x 15 reps
