Needless to say whatever the gender, developed glutes is a sign of a balanced and strong physique which in tern, by way of innate instincts, hormones or what ever the case may be are attractive to people in general.

Nathalia Melo recommends doing this specific workout only once per week as it is a very intense glute workout that is comprised of 3 super sets of 3 exercises each with both compound exercises and isolation exercises.

Band side abduction x 15

Frog hip thrusts x 15

Sumo deadlifts x 15

**

Deficit squat x 12

Deficit deadlift x 12

Glute hyper extensions x 12

**Circuit 3:
**

Banded kettle bell swings

Banded side jumps

Banded side shuffle + burpee
