Dino and Cezar are meeting up at Gymmet Stockholm for a serious back and arms workout together, pushing each other to the next level.

Dino has been a part of the Better Bodies family for a long time, he's not competing this year but still getting the job done at the gym. Cezar, like we have seen before, is training harder than ever and aiming for the European Championships in may. WORKOUT:

  • pull-ups (warm ups) 3 set 20 reps, 15 reps, 10 reps

  • t-bar row, 2 working sets, 6 reps, 8 reps

  • lat pull-down machine 2 working set, 6 , 8 reps

  • wide pull-down lats 2 workings set, 6, 8 reps

  • rear shoulders pull 2 working sets, 6, 8 reps

  • small lat pull-down 2 working sets, 6, 8 reps

  • barbell curls 3 set 8 reps

  • triceps skull crushes super set with arnold incline curls 3 set 8 reps
