We all have our reasons we exercise and compounded reasons that we choose to excel in the gym creating more muscular, cardiovascular efficient and conditioned bodies.

LiErin McCune-Streit from Dallas, Texas was an athlete in school, played division 1 softball and now helps others to learn to love training.

Here we see how she trains legs with her own intense spin on it that tests her endurance. "I think people underestimate the link between physical health and mental health. The 2 are linked." Full Workout:

  • Jump rope 10 minutes

  • Barbell walking lunges: 4 sets x 20 steps each leg + Superset with box jumps 4 sets x 10 reps

  • Squat cleans + Superset with goblet squats: 4 sets x 10 reps (15 reps on goblet squat)

  • Deadlifts: 4 sets x 10-15 reps

  • Barbell Squats: 4 sets x 12-15 reps + superset with front raise, lateral and press medley
