Swedish Bikini Fitness Overall winner Liliana Sakhanova is showing us her top 5 glute & legs exercises for your home workout using the ultimate Better Bodies resistance bands. No excuses, target your glutes & legs whenever and wherever you'd like and get your sweat on!

Workout layout: 60 seconds workout X 5 sets (rest between 1-2 minutes) . Liliana recommends switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover or add a few more sets. You can do this workout 2-3 times per week or as much as you desire. Take care of each other and stay active. Full workout:
