Dumbbell over head press: 3 warm up sets , 2 work sets x 10-12 reps (100 lbs and 110 lbs)

Standing Viking Press: 1 warm up set , 3 work sets x 10-15 reps

Standing Dumbbell laterals: 4 sets x 10-15 reps

Machine Laterals: 4 sets x 10-15 reps

Rear delt flys: 4 sets x 15 reps
