Global D2C Director

Reporting to: CEO Michael Johansson

Location: Destination Dallas HQ - Allen, TX

We are looking for a Global D2C Director to work as the right hand to our CEO, Michael Johansson, at our Destination Dallas (Allen, TX) global headquarters. This is a highly diverse role within our growth team, taking ownership across key areas of the business with a specialized focus on e-commerce and direct-to-consumer sales.

Role Overview

The Global D2C Director owns the commercial performance and profitable growth of the brand's direct-to-consumer e-commerce business, scaling online revenue through data-driven growth strategy, performance marketing, and continuous optimization of the digital customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the global e-commerce growth strategy and own revenue targets.

  • Lead customer acquisition across paid and digital channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates, and marketplaces).

  • Own CAC, ROAS, MER, and overall marketing efficiency.

  • Drive CRO initiatives across UX, merchandising, product pages, and checkout

  • Improve conversion rat, AOV, and mobile performance.

  • Establish reporting frameworks and performance dashboards.

  • Translate data insights into actionable commercial decisions and forecasts

  • Oversee CRM and lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, automation) to drive retention and LTV

Experience & Profile
  • 7+ years in e-commerce, digital growth, or performance leadership

  • Proven track record scaling e-commerce revenue

  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset

  • Experience with modern e-commerce platforms and performance marketing ecosystems

  • Collaborative, hands-on, and results-driven leader.

Additional Scope

Adding responsibility for B2B digital growth is an optional extension of the role and may be delegated to dedicated B2B teams or managers.
