Video: Full Body Home Workout with Resistance Bands
Ida from the Better Bodies office is showing us her full body home workout only using the resistance bands. This is a perfect workout if you don't have access to the gym but still want to be able to get your training in.
Squats (heavy/medium resistance) 4 sets x 20-25 reps
Lats pulls (medium/light resistance) 3 sets x 10-15 reps with a wide grip
Ab crunches (light resistance) 3 sets x 10
Push-ups (light/medium resistance) 4 sets x 8-10 reps (on knees or toes)
Thrusters (light resistance) 6 sets x 20-30 reps
