  • BENCH PRESS 3SETS 20-30REPS

  • TRICEPS PUSHDOWN 3SETS 15-30REPS

  • STANDING SKULLCRUSHERS 2-3SETS 8-15REPS

  • DIPS 2-3SETS BODYWEIGHT 10-12REPS

  • BENCH DIPS/REVERSE DIPS 2-3SETS WITH BODYWEIGHT TO FAILURE 15-20REPS
