  • PUSH-UPS 3 SETS X 12 REPS

  • LOPSIDED SINGLE-DUMBBELL PUSH-UPS 3 SETS X 5-12 REPS

  • ABS-CRUNCHES 3 SETS X 10-15 REPS

  • PLANK 3 SETS X 30 SEC

  • SIDE PLANK LEFT/RIGHT 3 SETS X 30 SEC

  • WHEEL AB ROLLOUTS 3 SETS X 8-10 REPS

  • LUNGES EACH LEG 3 SETS X 10-15 REPS

  • LAYING BACK LIFT 3 SETS X 12-15 REPS

  • DUMBBELL ROW EACH ARM 3 SETS X 10-12 REPS
