Iron Mesh Tank

It is Monday, and since I'm a follower with no original thoughts, it is most muscular Monday. Very trendy. I probably had one of the most unproductive post-show rebounds of my whole career this year. I was traveling. Got sick again. I felt beat up in the gym for most of the last month. But more than anything I've just been cutting corners and mentally checked out. This season could have been so much better for me, but it wasn't. I've mostly got my head back on straight now. I feel good in the gym again. I'm looking forward to pushing myself hard this off-season. I need to get back in the mode I was in 3 years ago in 2021 before the USAs, that was my best progress of my career. No corner cutting. No missed meals. Shitloads of food, heavy weight, and pushing my weight up hard. I haven't had an off-season like that for a while now, because I didn't think it was necessary. I thought 250 was big enough, but 2 years of losing have told me it's not.
