Weight training (bodybuilding) leaning towards functional.
What/Who motivates or inspires you in life and your fitness?
Life inspiration would have to be my fiance. She is a very driven and hard working person who has always supported all my career and life decisions. Having that support motivates me to exceed my own limitations and strive for success.
Fitness inspiration comes from seeing someone overcome adversity and not use their weakness as a crutch but more as a stepping stone to get where they want to be. It's the everyday woman or man that overcome the daily struggles that motivate me to better myself.
