The Arnold Classic has always garnered a world class, stellar roster of top tier pros. This is the best of the best with bodybuilding and classic physique Olympia champions throwing their hats into this years competition.

It is no easy feat to prepare for, compete and win at this level. We have followed Brett, Divine and Darwin for the last few weeks of prep and now its time to show up.

The Arnold Classic was an awesome experience for Brett, Ivana and the entire GASP and Better Bodies family. The energy, the people and the community as a whole felt like a revived rendition of itself with genuinely ecstatic energy to get back together.

Smiles For Miles | A Day At Eagles Canyon Raceway

"I was slowly dying inside because I wasn't doing what I was passionate about."

Its natural for people to follow what is expected from parents and teachers up to a certain point...

"I felt like I was supposed to go to college and get a career and do the "normal" thing. Fast forward, i left my corporate sales job, I have been in magazine, I have been on the Olympia stage. I have done more than I could have ever imagined."

Jen advocates proactively finding out what your passion is. This is something that only YOU can do. What piques your interests, what brings out the excitement and creativity in you? Jen found something in fitness and bodybuilding that brings a ton of value and excitement to her life and has made it ultimately work for her and what she wants out of life.

Here we follow her through peak week for the IFBB Battle of Texas where goes through everything needed for peak week. Where is Jen's mind during this week, what is her activity level, what does she travel with for competition and what does she love to eat post contest.

We, GASP and Better Bodies, are headquartered in the United States, which makes it natural for us to work with NPC when it comes to events, collaborations and athletes.

NPC, based in the USA, is linked to the IFBB Pro League with Olympia as the final goal for many athletes. NPC is now growing at a rapid pace in the rest of the world and Europe and the creation of NPC federations and therefore competitions in several countries is gradually increasing.

Our company has a long history of helping competing athletes around the world to achieve their dreams which for some is to compete at the highest level in the United States.

Among our athletes that we have in the team today, a predominant part is already competing in, or wants to compete in the NPC both on local and international levels.

As we have done for over 30 years, we see it as our duty to help develop the industry in a direction we believe is a good path for our brands and our athletes. Based on our history and home base, what the industry looks like today, and where we see that the sport is heading, it is logical for us to choose to work together with NPC.

We are currently planning, together with our former partner, our first NPC competitions in Sweden and hope that you want to be part of our journey!

At the end of the day, passion and purpose is what it is all about. You can't give your all with every fiber of your being without passion.

We get to relive several moments from last weeks Texas Pro and the training leading up to and after the competition. All of these athletes have the requisite passion to excel in professional bodybuilding but the purpose that this passion has cultivated pays off ten fold with spreading the core values of NO COMPROMISES, NO EXCUSES and a proactive mentality to members of our community.

The Texas Pro along with our content week, meet-ups and dinners leading up to the Texas Pro were all an amazing success. Having said that, none of this past week would have been possible without passion and purpose.

Registration is open for Better Bodies Challenge October 9th, 2021 at Stadionmässan in Malmö, Sweden!

Q: Can I register for more than one class?

A: Yes, you can register for as many classes as you want to compete in.

Q: What is the definition of True Novice and Novice?

A: Novice = An athlete that has never placed first in their class in a novice, masters or open contest.

True Novice: A True Novice is an athlete that has never entered a contest.

Q: Do I get a discount if I register for more than one class?

A: No, we do not offer a multi-class discount.

Q: I registered, but won't be able to compete, can I get a refund?

Q: How much does it cost to compete at the 2021 Better Bodies Challenge?

A: The registration fee per class is 110 EUR

Q: When will I be able to purchase tickets for the show?

Q: Will I be able to bring my coach backstage?

A: We are following local guidance when it comes to number of people allowed at the venue. If there's capacity we will sell coach passes through the regular ticket sales OR at the registration October 8th.

Q: Will my coach be able to see the show for free?

A: Your coach will have to purchase a ticket (ticket sales opening August) to be able to see the show. If the capacity allows it we will dedicate a section in the audience for coaches who have coach passes.

We are collaborating with Good Morning hotel for participants of Better Bodies Challenge 2021.

Good Morning Hotel is in direct connection with the event venue. To book, call the hotel and provide the code 

Note that the hotel will hold a deposit at check-in to secure potential costs for extra cleaning.

We recommend that you bring your own bed-linen and towels.

From Malmö Airport there is a shuttlebus every 20 minutes to Malmö Central Station for approximately 10 EUR.

From Kastrup airport there are trains and shuttle buses to Malmö every 20 minutes for approximately 11 EUR.

Taxi from Malmö Central Station to the Hotel and venue is approximately 20 EUR.

Worth The Work | Iron World

Better Bodies athlete Calle Bolund held a workshop with his competition team ”Team Flex” together with our athlete Carina Isaksson (international judge and probably the Swedish athlete with best record in gold medals from Swedish-Nordic-, European and World Championships). We supported the workshop with goodie bags from Better Bodies. His team are also equipped with Better Bodies track suits.

Calle Bolund's Athletes athletes will compete in different competitions throughout this year within the different divisions.

Calle wants to give everyone a chance who wants to experience this sport (fitness & bodybuilding) and lifestyle. Calles vision is to help his athletes in all ways to create the best opportunities for them in this sport. Not only nutrition and a workout plan - but everything around that, that can help and support them in their goals towards and after stage.

We are really looking forward to follow Calle (who just competed himself this year

at the Diamond cup and has the European Championships next up) and his team and we are excited for the opening of his new gym Flex Fitness Gym in July!

Whatever it takes... that's what goes into events and contests that we go to.

Despite 2020's mishaps and speed bumps the 13th annual NPC Branch Warren Classic and GASP Supershow STILL took place with a super motivated team of athletes, ambassadors and competitors. The day was complete with duffel bags, wrist wraps and beanies for the crowd and competitors, training with IFBB Pros Leland DeVaughn and John Small between prejudging and finals and Hunter Labrada guest posing in the evening along with the finals, awards and posedowns of the event.

Hunter's first contest was the NPC Branch Warren and now 4 years later he is guest posing with his first professional win under his belt and in route to his first Olympia.

Big thanks to Joseph Cortez and the Forth Worth Field House for hosting the training in between prelims and finals.
