Hunter Labrada back again, now with Liv Roth and Ben Chow at American Barbell during the Arnold Classic week.

As with the last training session for biceps and triceps, Hunter explains his movements here, how to execute them and alternate movements if some machines may not be available at your gym.

For this crew's push day they include, chest and shoulders and explain the switch up from dumbbells in the past to cable presses along with the higher rep ranges for the lateral movements for shoulders.

Samantha Jerring is conditioned with hijacking her thoughts and emotions to get exactly what she wants every day. She has continued this habit before leaving Sweden, after turning pro and continually these days to keep going strong on her goals and aspirations.

"Does it get easier to stay on your shit? Yes and no. It takes persistence. Constant persistence."

Samantha proves that you can dig yourself out of ruts and create and maintain good patterns and habits. First, however, you might have to break old destructive cycles and thought patterns that produce negativity.

We follow her to Metroflex Fort Worth for her leg training session. See what you can take away from what she says about the actually hijacking your own emotions and not living in a perpetual destructive cycle.

Hijack Your Brain - Samantha Jerring

The more successful you get, the more criticism you will get. If you want to avoid criticism, DO NOTHING and BE NOTHING.

Divine understands at this level he has to fight, claw and scratch his way to the top while navigating the international "feedback" that competing at this level generates.

"You have no idea the fuel that I get from everyone (who doubts me). I think about that and work harder."

Constant progress has to be made in between competitions, juggling diet and prioritizing areas where he feels need more size. We follow Divine and the crew to Fort Worth where he trains shoulders with Kevin Ofurum. Here, Kevin and Divine explain the allure of the Arnold Classic and how much weight it carries due to the caliber of the line up and being able to potentially leap from in front of Olympia competitors that are competing here.

"In the Olympia, it is very easy to get over looked. Here it is tough to get over looked with only 9 competitors."

We link back up with Divine a week later to check Divine's condition during a back + shoulder workout back at destination.

"I wanted a goal. I actually didn't really like the look of competitors -- the physical look of competitors. I liked the drive. I liked the discipline. I liked seeing something come to fruition and I enjoyed having fun with what I was doing, and I always told myself the moment that I stopped enjoying it and the moment that I stopped seeing growth and no longer had anything else to achieve, I was going to step away."

Meet "Relentless 1" everybody. Thanks to our friends over at Lewisville Autoplex for the sweet deal on our new travel van. "We're going to use this van to travel around the U.S. and train at badass gyms and meet really cool people. We're going to see people in their home environment, see them in the kitchen, visit them at their gym and everything and use it to go to shows. In the digital age of the internet, quick reactions, stimulation and instant gratification, it can be easy to lose yourself to thinking "small" and only in the here and now.

This particular Iron World Tour segment is part 2 of our San Antonio tour. We get a heavy dose of Texas history and a brief look into the life of the men who believed in something so strongly they were willing to fight and die for here at the Alamo.

"There were nearly 200 men who stood up against impossible odds and they knew they couldn't make it out alive. But these men were fighting for their families and their homes. None of these men died in vain.

The Alamo tour gave a great reminder of the lengths people will go for what they believe. Segway back into the digital age reference and its clear, even with all the opportunities, resources and information available today that grit, determination and delayed gratification are key aspects to success that are less and less common.

We round off part 2 here in San Antonio by all linking up at the Muscle Factory, the home gym of John and Renee Jewett. We had a massive crew ALL training legs and leaving everything on the floor.

Stay tuned as we cruise up to Columbus, Ohio for another tour while we link up with everyone competing in the 2022 Arnold Classic.

Iron World Tour: Texas History and Leg Training at Muscle Factory

Jen Ronzitti and Friday Paulsen are at Destination during the Iron World Tour DESTINATION-WEEK and link up with Ian Gaines for a complete shock training session that is out of both of their norms.

"Sometimes things get stale and you are kind of just craving a total shocker of a workout."

Jen and Frida start off with plate pushes on the turf for 4 sets followed by 40 rep sets on the leg extension. They go to a dynamic unilateral bench step/pulse for 20 reps each leg followed by leg presses with 20 reps close stance and 20 reps wide stance. Followed this all up with some concentric work pushing Ian himself down the turf, moved to earth movers on the treadmill, and finished with pulse jumps under a band for 2 sets of 40 reps.

Martin Fitzwater& Keone Pearson return to Metroflex Gym Arlington to train legs with Brian Dobson.

"Training in the same gym as them (i.e. Branch Warren & Ronnie Coleman), kinda means everything to me. Training where my heroes trained, it's nostalgia, but not only that though, we are training with Brian. Brian is the most notorious trainer. He trained Ronnie (Coleman) forever, he trained Branch and he's the person that killed those guys for years and years everyday and turned them into champions...We're working on becoming champions and doing so we're having Brian whip our ass a couple days a week." -Martin

Ivana and Brett have made a great life together with a successful training business, supportive teams, and successful competitive careers. This didn't come easy or over night. It came with prioritization, eliminating distractions, and hustling nonstop for years.

With the nature of "the hustle," sometimes you can be left feeling exhausted and just tapped out BUT this is where Ivana's love for training and making it a priority each day comes in.

Jen Ronzitti tells you how she earned her glutes since 2013 and how she fought her way back into the top 10 at an ultra competitive Bikini Olympia this year.

"I eat a lot of food already, but with this prep I had to keep my food even higher. It is healthier and I never got that drawn in, skeleton face."
