FULL WORKOUT

Pec dec:

warm up 4 sets x 15 reps

Incline dumbbell press:

2 warm up sets

1 set: 110lb x 12-15

1 set: 120lb x failure

Back off set at 95lbs x 15-20 reps

Hammer flat press:

1 warm up

3 plates x 10-15 reps

1 set max weight to failure

Back off set x 3 plates x 20 reps

Cable flys:

Pyramid up 4 sets x 15 reps Converging chest press:

Static weight 3 sets x 15 reps
